We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Part-Time Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build, test, and package our drones and robotics. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in "owning" the production process from the first screw to the final shipping box.

As a member of a small, agile team, you aren't just a pair of hands—you are a champion of process improvement. We want someone who looks at a task and proactively suggests ways to make assembly faster, safer, or higher quality.

Key Responsibilities (under the supervision of a Robotics Technician)

• Precision Assembly: Produce robots and subassemblies in low/middle-volume runs (50-5,000 units).
• Prototyping: Build engineering prototypes and provide feedback on "buildability."
• Troubleshooting: Identify, repair, and test drones and robotic systems to ensure 100% functionality.
• Process Improvement: Follow existing procedures while actively helping to formulate and improve manufacturing and testing workflows.
• Quality & Fulfillment: Assist in quality control processes and oversee final packaging for shipment.
• ‍Lab Stewardship: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing workspace and R&D laboratory.

We are looking to hire an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our growing EE group (current size 5). Responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-level electrical engineering leadership on multiple simultaneous projects, while being ready to use your experience to get hands-on and solve difficult issues
• Fostering the development of the EE team through mentoring, training, and performance reviews
• Maintaining quality by establishing practices for documentation, verification, and design reviews
• Working with project managers and VP of Engineering to allocate and prioritize EE resources

We are seeking a hands-on and versatile senior or principal electrical engineer to help design and produce the growing range of avionics, sensors, propulsion systems, radios and cameras that we use on our UAVs and robots. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and tackling any electronic problem that arises.
